WHY TITAN

Why TITAN does Zoom and Teams Rooms differently

Anyone can install a TV and a video bar. Few integrators are certified by the platforms themselves. Certification means the room qualifies for vendor support and future updates don’t break the room.

PLATFORM CERTIFIED

We’re certified by the platforms.

Not just dealers of the hardware — certified by Zoom and Microsoft to deploy and support their room solutions. The room qualifies for vendor support and future-safe updates.

POST-INSTALL MONITORING

We monitor the rooms after install.

Codec offline. Camera disconnected. Microphone dropped. Calendar integration broken. We see it from our office — and most issues we resolve before the 9am meeting starts.

STANDARDIZED DEPLOYMENT

We standardize across rooms.

If you have 12 conference rooms, every one looks and behaves the same. The IT lead doesn’t have to remember which room has which quirk.

OUR PROCESS

How a Zoom / Teams Rooms project actually starts.

Four phases. Every one of them documented and signed before we move on. No surprises mid-installation.

Tell us

A 15-minute call or quick form. Number of rooms, platform preference, existing room state, and timeline.

Walk the Rooms

On site, free. We measure the geometry, test the network, and tell you which rooms can deploy now vs. which need pre-wire first.

Quote

Per-room hardware, configuration, network changes, certifications, labor, timeline, and monitoring tier. No anchor numbers.

Deploy & Certify

Hardware installed. Room accounts configured. Calendar integration tested. Pilot meetings run. Performance Protection Plan and monitoring activate day one.

01

What’s the difference between a Zoom Room and a regular conference room?

A Zoom Room is a certified deployment of Zoom’s meeting platform in physical hardware — touch controller, video bar, calendar integration, all set up to platform spec. A “regular conference room” might have a TV and a webcam someone plugs in. Zoom Rooms join meetings with one tap and don’t need anyone to log in.
02

Should we deploy Zoom Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms?

Whichever platform your business already runs on. If you’re a Microsoft 365 shop, Teams Rooms. If you’re a Zoom shop, Zoom Rooms. If you need both (common for businesses that work with external clients across both platforms), cross-platform certified hardware that runs either.
03

How much does a certified Zoom Rooms or Teams Rooms install cost?

A personal-office room starts in the mid four figures. A huddle room low five figures. A standard conference room mid five figures. A large boardroom-tier room mid-to-high five figures. The hardware certifications add modest cost and significant reliability.
04

Do you support both Logitech and Poly hardware?

Yes, plus Crestron Flex, Yealink, and the other certified hardware vendors. We’ll recommend the right tier based on the room geometry and the platform.
05

Can we standardize rooms across multiple floors or offices?

Yes. Multi-room standardization is one of our specialties. One architecture, deployed across rooms. Same look, same behavior, one dashboard.
06

What if a Zoom or Teams update breaks our room?

Network Monitoring catches it. We push firmware updates proactively. When a platform update changes behavior, we update the rooms in our office, not at your office.
07

How do you handle ongoing service?

Performance Protection Plan + Network Monitoring. Most issues resolved remotely from our office. Same-day or same-evening on-site response when needed.
08

What areas do we serve?

Loudoun, Northern Virginia, and the DC Metro every week. Multi-site rollouts across multiple states when an existing client asks.

READY WHEN YOU ARE

Let's deploy rooms certified for the way your team actually meets.

A single executive office, a huddle room, a boardroom, or 12 rooms across the office — we can scope it, certify the deployment, and monitor it after.
