A 15-minute call or quick form. Number of rooms, platform preference, existing room state, and timeline.
On site, free. We measure the geometry, test the network, and tell you which rooms can deploy now vs. which need pre-wire first.
Per-room hardware, configuration, network changes, certifications, labor, timeline, and monitoring tier. No anchor numbers.
Hardware installed. Room accounts configured. Calendar integration tested. Pilot meetings run. Performance Protection Plan and monitoring activate day one.
