WHY TITAN

Why TITAN does restaurant AV differently

Equipment isn't usually what fails. The relationship after the truck leaves is what fails. TITAN was built for operators who need AV that holds up to live service — and a team that stays.

Designed for actual use

DESIGN FOR SERVICE

We design for live service, not the showroom.

Speaker placement around how the room actually flows. Display placement for sightlines from the bar, the host stand, the booth. Cabling that's serviceable without dismantling a wall.

Monitored systems

WORK YOUR SCHEDULE

We work to your operating schedule.

Pre-opening installs on the construction schedule. Live-service installs overnight. Renovations during slow days. We don't show up Monday at 10am for a Tuesday opening.

Monitored systems

MONITOR EVERYTHING

We monitor what we install.

Music streams. Network. Displays. POS-adjacent AV. When something fails, we usually see it from our office before staff sees it on the floor. Multi-location operators get one team, one playbook, one service plan.

OUR PROCESS

How a restaurant AV project actually starts.

Four phases. Every one documented and signed before we move on. Installs scheduled around your service, not ours.

Tell Us

A 15-minute call. New opening, renovation, multi-location rollout, or live-service takeover — we listen first.

Walk the Floor

We come on site — the dining room, the bar, the kitchen, the patio. We tell you what to keep, what to replace, what to add.

Design & Quote

Audio, video, network, monitoring, labor, timeline. Performance Protection Plan on the same page. No anchor numbers.

Install & Stay

Overnight for live service. Construction schedule for openings. Labeled rack, named technician. PPP activates day one.

01

How long does conference room AV installation take?

A single huddle room is typically 1–2 days on site after the equipment arrives. A mid-size or large conference room is 3–5 days. An executive boardroom can run 1–3 weeks.
02

What does a conference room AV system cost?

A huddle room starts in the low five figures. A mid-size conference room typically lands in the mid-five figures. Large boardrooms scale from there. Every quote is itemized.
03

Do you certify and support Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms?

Yes — TITAN is certified for both.
04

Can you take over an existing room that has broken or aging AV?

Often, yes. We audit, document, and quote a maintenance or replacement plan in writing.
05

Do you offer ongoing service and monitoring?

Yes. Performance Protection Plan covers documented as-builts, scheduled preventive maintenance, and priority response. Remote monitoring ($100 per access point per year, and the number grows with the system) puts the system on our 24/7 dashboard.
06

Can you handle a multi-room standardization across our office?

Yes — multi-room and multi-site standardization is one of our specialties. One architecture, deployed across rooms, monitored from one dashboard.
07

What areas do we serve?

Loudoun, Northern Virginia, and the DC Metro every week. Multi-site rollouts when an existing client asks.
