TITAN INTEGRATIONS · WASHINGTON DC METRO

Hospitality AV
restaurants, bars, hotels, breweries, gyms.

Operators trust operators. Whatever the venue type, the AV has to fit the room, hold up to live service, and stay running when staff turns over. David Harris and Randy Baker, 17 years building hospitality AV for Northern Virginia, DC, and the operators whose customers notice when something’s off.

Featured installs: Nando’s · &Pizza · Call Your Mother · multi-location restaurant groups · hotels & breweries across NoVA and DC

WHY TITAN

Why TITAN does hospitality AV differently

Equipment isn’t usually what fails. The relationship after the truck leaves is what fails. TITAN was built for operators who need AV that holds up to live service.

DESIGN FOR SERVICE

We design for live service, not the showroom.

Speaker placement around how the room actually flows. Display placement for sightlines from the bar, the host stand, the booth. Cabling that’s serviceable without dismantling a wall.

YOUR SCHEDULE

We work to your operating schedule.

Pre-opening installs on the construction schedule. Live-service installs overnight. Renovations during slow days. We don’t show up Monday at 10am for a Tuesday opening.

REMOTE MONITORING

We monitor what we install.

Music streams. Network. Displays. POS-adjacent AV. When something fails, we usually see it from the office before staff sees it on the floor.

OUR PROCESS

How a hospitality project actually starts.

Four phases. Every one of them documented and signed before we move on. No surprises mid-installation.

Tell us

A 15-minute call or quick form. New opening, renovation, multi-location rollout, or live-service takeover — we listen first.

Walk the Venue

On site, free. We walk the floor, bar, kitchen, and outdoor zones. We tell you what to keep, what to replace, what’s worth adding.

Quote

Audio, video, network, monitoring, labor, and timeline. Performance Protection Plan on the same page. No anchor numbers.

Install & Stay

Construction schedule for new openings. Overnight for live service. Labeled rack, named technician. Performance Protection Plan activates day one.

01

How much does hospitality AV cost?

A single-location restaurant or bar AV install typically lands in the mid-five figures. A boutique hotel with guest-room AV, lobby, and event spaces can run into the six figures. Multi-location rollouts scale with locations. Every quote is itemized.
02

Do you handle multi-location rollouts?

Yes — it’s one of our specialties. One playbook, one project manager, one service plan across the portfolio. We’ve executed 5+ location rollouts with zero closure days.
03

How do you handle music licensing legally?

We set up the right commercial music service (Soundtrack Your Brand, Cloud Cover Music, Mood Media, Rockbot) — these include the ASCAP/BMI/SESAC licensing your venue needs. Spotify and Apple Music are personal-use only and aren’t legal in commercial settings.
04

Can you install hotel guest-room AV at scale?

Yes. We’ve designed and installed property-wide guest-room AV including in-room displays, music, and lobby-to-room integration. The system handles individual room reset between guests automatically.
05

What’s your response time when something fails during service?

For active monitored clients, most issues are resolved remotely within minutes. For on-site response during business or service hours, same-day or same-evening is standard.
06

Do you work with my GC during construction?

Yes — pre-opening installs are most of what we do. We coordinate with the GC, the architect, and the kitchen designer during construction so AV is engineered into the build, not bolted on at the end.
07

Can you take over service of an existing system someone else installed?

Often, yes. We audit what’s installed, document it, and propose a maintenance plan in writing.
08

What areas do we serve?

Loudoun, Northern Virginia, and DC Metro every week. Multi-state hospitality rollouts when an existing client asks.

READY WHEN YOU ARE
